When will my tent be delivered and set up?

Our team handles the complete set up of every tent rental. Delivery and set up typically occurs 1-3 days prior to your event unless, same day set up and/or pick up is requested.

Does Tent Bros NY set up in public parks?

Yes! we regularly set up tents in public parks and are approved to work with many local municipalities. If your event requires a permit, we’ll help walk you through the process and provide any required details.

What is the difference between a Pole Tent and a Frame Tent?

A Pole Tent is supported by center poles and it must be staked into the ground. These are best for grass and dirt surfaces and require 5 feet around each side of the tent for stakes.

A Frame Tent is supported by a metal frame and does not have any center poles. This creates a little more space underneath the tent and allows for a more flexible layout. Although it is ideal to stake a Frame Tent, it can also go on surfaces that can’t be staked (using weights).

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak weekends (June–September). Our most popular tent sizes often book out weeks or months in advance.

Who are the Tent Bros?

Tent Bros NY is the culmination of an idea between two friends .

Christian and Zach both from Rochester, NY met in college and quickly became close friends. Over the years, that friendship turned into a business partnership and eventually became Tent Bros NY.

What began as a simple idea turned into a full-service event rental company built around one thing: showing up for people.

We know how important events are; graduations, weddings, birthdays, family reunions, these are the days people remember forever. That’s why we don’t treat this like “just another tent rental.” We treat it like we’re helping build the setting for someone’s biggest moments.

At Tent Bros NY, we’re proud to offer clean, professional-grade tents and equipment, dependable delivery and setup, and a level of communication that makes the process easy from start to finish.

We’re still two friends who started this together but today we’re building something bigger: a company that Upstate New York can count on for events done right.
